Born in 1980, Manes Dürr grew up in Vienna/Austria surrounded by a creative environment. Still in school he discovered his interest in film and started making his own video clips with friends. After graduation and civilian service he took the chance to go to Chicago to visit some film production classes there. Back in Vienna, he continued his education in film studies at the local film academy.
Since 2008 he works independently as a director for commercials and corporate videos.
